Service Description

THE MINIMUM AGE WE CAN TREAT IS 10 YEARS OLD. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR A CHILD AGED 9 YEARS OR BELOW. PLEASE NOTE THAT APPOINTMENTS ON SATURDAY INCUR A £5 EXTRA CHARGE. During your appointment, both ears will be examined by the clinician using a camera and screen for your viewing. A brief consultation will follow to decide what treatment best suits your requirements. Treatment options can include: - Microsuction for one or both ears: ideal for earwax removal, foreign body removal, ear infection management or dry skin/debris removal - Tea-Tree Cleanse for one or both ears: ideal for ear cleaning if no wax is present or the relief of dry / itchy skin in the ears - Otovent Autoinflation: ideal for fluid trapped behind the eardrum, glue ear, middle ear infections or eustachian tube dysfunction Please note that the same appointment fee will apply regardless of which treatment you undergo, and whether treatment is required for one ear or both ears.

To cancel or reschedule, please call us on 0203 488 3824 or email us at info@vivonaearcare.com. Please arrive on time for your appointment, as we will not be able to see you if you are more than 10 minutes late. We reserve the right to request advanced payment before future bookings if you have missed your appointment in the past. Please note that the appointment fee will still apply whether or not you require earwax removal. We will do our best to provide an alternative treatment or advice to help your presenting symptoms if this is the case. PLEASE NOTE THAT APPOINTMENTS ON SATURDAY INCUR A £5 EXTRA CHARGE.
